Background Location Tracking:

The app collects location data from the device even when the app is closed or not in use (running in the background) but only when the courier has set their working mode to "Working" and has granted permission for background location access.
This helps in continuing to provide location-based services without interruptions, which is essential for both navigating and task management while using auxiliary apps like navigators or messengers.
Couriers have the option to disable background location tracking entirely, even in "Working" mode.Disabling background location tracking may limit the functionality of the app, such as real-time order assignment and efficient route suggestions.

Stopping Location Data:

The app ceases to collect location data when the courier sets the working mode to "Busy", at which point the courier's location data is no longer transmitted and they are marked as unavailable in our system.

Data Handling and Security

The collected location data is sent to our secure servers and is used exclusively for the purpose of facilitating the delivery process.
We commit to deleting all location data from our servers daily to ensure the privacy and security of our couriers.
We retain other collected data, such as account information and past delivery details, for a maximum period of [insert specific duration]. After this period, the data will be securely anonymized or deleted.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
